Use of the service
SelfShapeAI provides AI-supported training planning, workout logging, progress reading, and web access. It does not replace medical advice or professional clinical care.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping account access secure. Personal trainer accounts are reviewed by the SelfShapeAI team and are not enabled as self-serve onboarding.
Product scope
The marketed mobile app is available for iPhone through the App Store. Non-iPhone visitors may use the web app in the browser.
