Anabolic window
The anabolic window is the idea that the period after training may favor protein synthesis — but it does not depend on a short, rigid window.
Also known as: Post-workout window
The current view is more contextual: total daily protein, meal distribution and how close the last pre-workout meal was matter more than rushing to eat immediately after every session.
