Bro split
The bro split dedicates each day of the week to a specific muscle group, like chest on Monday and back on Tuesday.
Also known as: One muscle group per day
It allows plenty of volume and exercise variety per group in a single session, but usually delivers low frequency: each muscle trains only once per week.
It can work for people who prioritize per-session volume and recover well, but it tends to lose to higher-frequency splits when the goal is hypertrophy.
