Training frequency
Training frequency is how many times per week you train each muscle group.
Also known as: Frequency per muscle group
Training each muscle about twice a week usually distributes volume better than concentrating everything on a single day.
The ideal frequency depends on available days and recovery, and it shapes the choice of split (full body, upper/lower, push/pull/legs).
