Mobility vs. flexibility
Flexibility is the available range; mobility is using that range with control during movement.
Also known as: Mobility and flexibility
A person can have passive flexibility but little active mobility in an exercise. In strength training, the practical goal is to execute the useful range with control, stability and good technique.
Well-planned resistance training can also improve range of motion in many contexts. In SelfShapeAI, this shows up as exercise selection and adjustment: the plan should fit what you can execute well today while building a path to improve.
