Training density
Training density is how much work you do within a given session time.
Also known as: Work per unit of time
Increasing density can mean doing the same volume in less time, shortening rests or using techniques like supersets. The caution is not confusing dense training with rushed training: if load, range of motion or technique drop too much, stimulus quality can suffer.
The concept is useful for people short on time. SelfShapeAI can build sessions coherent with the routine you report and help track whether the shorter session still produces enough volume and progression.
